*Campers need to bring a snack and water bottle daily.
*Campers need to bring a lunch/drink daily.
*Younger campers should bring a change of clothes (labeled with their name) in case of accidents.
*Please apply sunscreen to your child prior to coming to camp as the campers spend a lot of time outside.
*Camp begins no earlier than 9am and ends promptly at 1pm. There will be a late fee for any camper picked up after 1:00pm.

The minor child/ren registered here has my/our permission to participate in the Sterling United Methodist Church (SUMC) Preschool Summer Camp, 2024. In the event of an emergency, I give permission to adult leaders and church staff to seek medical attention for them. I understand that every effort will be made to contact the parents(s)/guardian(s) in the event of such an emergency.

When participating in church activities, your child may be photographed for print, videotape or electronic images. Images may be used in promotional materials, news releases and other published formats (including the SterlingKids Facebook group) for SUMC. The images are the sole propery of SUMC.
